【Students for Fall Graduation in 2023】After graduation or completion of the program, the university-wide network system will no longer be available (applicable services: Gmail, Google Workspace, etc.)

Students who graduate or complete their studies in September 2023 will not be able to use all services provided by the university-wide network system after graduation or completion of their studies.
Please check the details below and take necessary measures such as making backups before graduation or completion of your studies.
1. Services expiration date
September 30, 2023
※Services will no longer be available after October 1, 2023.
2. Services that will no longer be available
Gmail
Google Workspace
VPN Service
Wireless LAN service
Proxy server service
Webex
Zoom
All other services that require login with User ID (Integrated Authentication ID)
3. Backups, etc.
Please save important emails, contacts, documents, etc. on your own.
※If you are sharing documents using Google Drive in seminars, etc., documents owned by graduating students will be deleted.
Please change the owner or save the document by yourself if necessary.
Alumni files that were shared on Google Drive have disappeared.(Only available in Japanese)
Please refer to the following instructions to obtain the necessary information by yourself.

4. For those who will enter the graduate school of Hosei University
For those who will enter the graduate school of Hosei University in September 2023, your User ID (Integrated Authentication ID) will be changed, but you will be able to login to Gmail and Google Workspace that you have been using since September 2023.
After you receive your new User ID (Integrated Authentication ID), your email and other data will be transferred, so there is no need to transfer them yourself.
＜For those who will enter the graduate school of Hosei University in April 2024＞
For those who will enter the graduate school of Hosei University in April 2024, your User ID (Integrated Authentication ID) will be changed, but you will be able to login to Gmail and Google Workspace that you have been using after April 2024.
After the new User ID (Integrated Authentication ID) is given to you at the beginning of the new academic year, your email and other data will be transferred, so you do not need to transfer them by yourself.
※After October 1, 2023, you will not be able to use the university-wide network system until you receive your new User ID (Integrated Authentication ID) in April 2024.
